Soundwave Magazine's cover art embodies the spirit of the metal music scene, drawing readers in with the promise of engaging reviews and articles in print.

My inspiration for this project was the layout of a magazine spread. Specifically, I focused on the layout of the fonts and the photos of the great guitarist Eddie Van Halen. During this process, I was able to create my own magazine cover and edit it as if it were ready to be printed and published.
